Who we are. PELERGY LTD ("Pelergy"), registered in England and Wales under company number 11052412, registered office Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton, England, BL6 6HG, is the controller of personal data collected on pelergy.com. Contact: mike@pelergy.com.
What we collect and why.
- Wind Fleet Pro sign-up: your email address, and the campaign tags in the link that brought you to the page, if any. Pelergy uses them only to tell you about Wind Fleet Pro. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contact form: the details you enter. Pelergy uses them to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is Pelergy's legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Analytics. Pelergy counts page views with GoatCounter, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
Who processes it.
- Formspree receives website form submissions on Pelergy's behalf, under its data processing terms. Formspree is based in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers (formspree.io/security). You can ask Pelergy for a copy of the safeguard.
- Resend sends Pelergy's emails, including the email telling Pro sign-ups when Wind Fleet Pro launches. Resend is based in the United States; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum and by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it. Pro sign-ups: until Wind Fleet Pro launches and you have been told, and no longer than 24 months. Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask Pelergy to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by emailing mike@pelergy.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
