Founder and Director
14+ years in offshore wind, leveraged over £10m investment for technologies. Advises UK government on innovation and inward investment strategy for offshore renewable energy. Co-manages the Offshore Wind innovation eXchange (OWiX).
Maf Smith
Supply Chain Associate
20 years experience in energy and sustainable development with a focus on offshore wind. Specialist Adviser to the House of Commons' Environmental Audit Committee. Vice Chair of GWEC's Floating Offshore Wind Taskforce.
Rich Furniss

36 years' experience in industry/manufacturing, 13 years full-time in renewable energy. Led UK & Ireland business of a major turbine OEM to 2GW+ installed base. Chaired RenewableUK's onshore wind policy forum.
